In addition to the software and the customary technical and client services, ProfSoft delivers professional services to its clients, which consist of a seasoned health care team, including a health care statistician, a physician, an actuary and a financial executive. Each staff member has over 15 years of experience in the health care field, and has been working with ProfSoft’s clients on a variety of projects, such as pay for performance, network tiering, provider performance reports, physician profiling, disease management, and predictive modeling. What sets us apart from other vendors is that we readily get senior members of the team involved, those who have intimate understanding of the real-world environment in which our software must operate. They are more than willing to work directly with you and your staff when the need arises to resolve technical matters or to help with analytical challenges.
For your convenience, each account is assigned to an account manager who is responsible for maintaining an ongoing dialog with the customer. This means that you can have confidence that when you speak with someone at ProfSoft your needs will be addressed quickly and accurately.
Our operations center staff is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, by phone or e-mail, and often longer. Staff is available on-call or by cell phone when processes take place after hours of operation and/or on weekends.
