Responsibilities Include:

Our data services team works directly with leading healthcare organizations to import, transform, and integrate customer data into our suite of analytic and reporting products. You will work directly with our customers to understand their data, develop customized ETL scripts and assess data quality as required for our product offerings. Training in ProfSoft’s software will be provided.

• Deploy our software to customers.
• Develop custom programs and configure our software to import, transform, and integrate customer data into our system.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure data is clean and ready for analysis.
• Document deployed software, custom programs and configuration for client product adaptation, reference and for technical support.
• Learn new software tools, languages and products.
• Contribute to other programming, quality assurance and infrastructure tasks as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication  and customer relations skills – a people person who can work well with staff and clients.
• Experience using SQL, with a working understanding of database concepts.
• 2-3 years’ hands-on programming experience and aptitude to learn new languages quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in implementing enterprise software packages or custom systems a plus.
• Experience with web application servers (such as IIS and Apache) a plus.
• Courses in statistics and knowledge of a statistical package (STATA, SAS, SPSS, R) a plus.
